Finding Ms Blu After Yesterday's UP Snowstorm

I was talking with my friend Cari this morning about how time consuming it is to get ready to go anywhere in the winter, here in the UP. You have to bundle up [snowpants are a must] and then trek through the snow to your vehicle [we park at the end of the street, because we have an awesome county plow crew that keeps a section plowed for us to park our vehicles]. Then, you have to scrape all the snow and ice off your vehicle. Luckily for me, I had scraped most of the ice and snow off my truck during the snowstorm yesterday.

Temps today: 8 degrees. And actually, it wasn't cold - as there was no wind. On the plus side, the sun was shining = a beautiful day for a UP walk about.
